ZERO-SERVER ARCHITECTURE

Your data never leaves your browser. Ever.

Most online diff checkers process your text on remote servers, storing logs of your confidential source code, legal agreements, and internal emails. Text Compare AI was built with a fundamental architectural guarantee: 100% client-side computation.

01

Local Memory Execution (Zero Backend Transmission)

Every text comparison, Longest Common Subsequence (LCS) calculation, word-level tokenization, and pre-processing operation is executed solely within your web browser’s JavaScript V8/JavaScriptCore runtime engine. No text payload is ever sent over the internet to our servers.

02

URL Fragment Encryption (Client-Only Links)

When you create a shareable comparison link, the document state is compressed using LZ-String and encoded strictly inside the URL hash fragment (#diff=...). Per the HTTP specification (RFC 3986), URL fragments are never transmitted to the web server during HTTP requests. Only recipients with the full link can unpack the text.

03

100% Client-Side Privacy Guarantee

All text comparisons are executed strictly in local browser memory. Nothing is uploaded, logged, or stored. There is no server-side processing, no external database, and no remote storage. Your input remains entirely on your device for the duration of the session and disappears the moment you navigate away.
